When a person is going on and on and on and on and on about a subject another person knows nothing about, nor cares about, and the person that doesn't know/care is trying to politely end the conversation, but they go on anyway!

When a store is out of an item you REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want. Not that it's the store's fault, but, you feel pretty disappointed.
